Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
At LeelaLer, we care deeply about your experience and satisfaction. Every piece we create is crafted with care, and we do our utmost to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. While we maintain the highest standards of quality, we also understand that online shopping can sometimes come with its own challenges.
Size Exchange:
We understand that finding your perfect fit online isn’t always easy. That’s why we offer a one-time size exchange, provided the original product is in unused, original condition. You shall have to contact our Customer Care team via email or whatsapp chat, and they will guide you with the process. The cost of sending the garment to us shall have to be borne by you. Once your garment is received by us and checked by our team, we shall immediately send you the desired size garment at our cost.
Returns:
As a small, quality-driven brand, we do not offer returns or refunds for products that are delivered in perfect condition and match the original order.
If a product is delivered incorrectly (not matching the order confirmation) we will gladly replace the item. If it is not available in our stock, we shall provide a refund.
In cases where you feel there is a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. Please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

The final decision to approve a Size Replacement/ Return, or related resolution will be at the sole discretion of LeelaLer, after inspection and verification of the returned garment. Every request is handled with care and attention, and we appreciate your patience as we work towards a fair resolution.
Cancellation:
Please take a moment to carefully review your selection, as orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and paid.
Please Note:
- All our fabrics are handcrafted by traditional crafts-persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Handloom, by definition, means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
- We recommend checking the size details for each garment carefully, as sizing differs across styles. Your perfect fit may change from one design to another depending on the intended fit and styling of the garment.
- We are unable to offer Size Exchange on Sale Items/ Custom Orders / Out of India (Worldwide) orders.
Important Delivery Notes:
If the package you have received is in the bad condition, or if it has been tampered or damaged before delivery, we recommend you to refuse to accept the package and kindly return it to the delivery person. Also take a video of it and share it with us on whatsapp mentioning your order number.
Retain all packaging (including tags, invoices, and labels) in case a return or inspection is needed.
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds if:
- A wrong or incomplete shipping address was provided
- The courier made 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts
- The package was refused at delivery
