Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Festive seasons, sales, or launches may extend this slightly. Custom pieces may need extra time, which will be communicated separately. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.

Free shipping on orders above USD 120; a flat USD 30 fee applies below that. Delivery mostly within 8–15 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Please double-check your address to avoid delays.
International Customs & Duties
Most orders arrive without extra charges, but your country's customs may occasionally levy import duties or taxes — these vary by country and are your responsibility. Our courier partners handle clearance and deliver to your door; if presented with a duties invoice, this is payable directly to them.
