At LeelaLer, every piece is crafted with care, and we do our best to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We understand online shopping isn't always straightforward, so here's how we handle things.
Returns & Refunds
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with your invoice details. We'll arrange pickup of the returned garment at our cost. Once we receive and inspect the garment, we'll initiate your refund to the original payment method. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Size Exchange
Need a different size? We offer a one-time exchange on unused items. Contact us within 3 days of delivery - we'll arrange pickup of the item at our cost, and send the new size once the garment is checked.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or a genuine defect? Contact us within 3 days with your order number, purchase date, delivery address, and photo/video proof. We'll replace it, or refund if out of stock.
Cancellation:
Orders can't be cancelled once confirmed and paid.

- All our fabrics are handcrafted by traditional crafts-persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Handloom, by definition, means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
- We recommend checking the size details for each garment carefully, as sizing differs across styles. Your perfect fit may change from one design to another depending on the intended fit and styling of the garment.
All approvals are at LeelaLer's discretion, following inspection. Every request is handled with care, and we appreciate your patience as we work towards a fair resolution. Custom orders and Sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds
You have 3 days from delivery to return an item. Contact us with your order number and garment details, and we'll confirm the return with you. Once confirmed, ship the item back at your own cost. A flat USD 30 will be deducted from your refund for courier & management costs.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
